Development Incentives
The Town of Steilacoom provides these incentives for development:
- The only impact fee charged in Steilacoom is a school impact fee, with exemptions provided in SMC 15.30.040
- The Town does not require open space to be dedicated as part of a plat
- SMC 17.32: Planned Area Developments (PADs), which must be 2.5 acres or greater, may modify zoning and subdivision requirements
