SSHA3P Housing Capital Fund

The SSHA³P Housing Capital Fund is the first of its kind in Pierce County. The Housing Capital Fund will invest local funds from the affordable and supportive housing sales and use tax collected by SSHA³P member governments to support the creation and preservation of affordable homes for low-income households in Pierce County. In 2024 the cities of Auburn, Fife, Sumner, and Pierce County will participate as funders of the Housing Capital Fund.

The SSHA³P Housing Capital Fund NOFA release date is April 25, 2024, and applications are due by June 24, 2024. Awards will be announced by November 1, 2024.

The NOFA will be posted on the Pierce County Current Solicitations webpage on April 19.
